‘Why Between my Interview You're Passing Around?’ - Singer TID Embarks on Kenyan Tour
TID kicked off his tour with a performance at Quiver Lounge, Kilimani.
Tanzanian musician TID, renowned for his recent viral clip, is on tour in Kenya.
The legendary artist arrived in Kenya on Wednesday, April 24, 2024, kicking off his tour with a performance at Quiver Lounge, Kilimani branch.
TID gained widespread attention for his humorous reaction to a boda boda rider interrupting his interview, which quickly became a viral meme.
In the undated video, the musician was captured expressing his frustration at the interruption, hilariously remarking, "Huyu ni nani huyu? Who is this guy, why between my interview you are passing around, I hate you?"
The interviewer is also heard urging him to ignore the bodaboda operator, saying, "Tuachane naye huyo, boda boda."
The meme sparked a social media frenzy, with thousands of Kenyans joining in on recreating the scene.
TID, born Khalid Mohamed, is a prominent Bongo Flava artist, known for hits like "Kiuno," "Nyota Yako," "We Dada," "Girlfriend," and "Siamini."

His accomplishments include the inclusion of his hit single "Zeze" in the Global Soul compilation by Putumayo World Music.
In 2003, he was honoured with the Tanzania Music Awards for Best Male Artist and Best R&B Artist.
TID also secured the title of Best Artist/Group from Tanzania at the 2005 Kisima Music Awards.
Notably, his music video "Nyota Yako" received the Video of the Year award from Tanzania at the 2008 Kisima Music Awards.
‘Kudonjo’ Music Video is Out

Singer Zzero Sufuri has released the long-awaited music video for his hit Arbantone song dubbed “Kudonjo Kudunda/ Gotha Tena”.
The 3-minute track features singers; Breeder LW, Tipsy Gee and Kushman.
“KUDONJO official video is out. Available on all platforms,” Zzero announced.
Mungai Eve Announces Return to School After Dropping Out

YouTuber Mungai Eve has revealed plans to return to school after dropping out to pursue content creation.
Eve, who is currently in Dubai for her 24th birthday getaway, dropped out of college, pursuing Journalism and Mass Communication in 2020.
At the time, she said, her parents struggled to raise her school fees forcing her to pursue other endeavours.
She says she can balance her work and school; "I feel like right now I am in a position to balance and plan my life compared to previously. I am at peace in life, I believe I will be able to do great things to myself as an individual, and also to content creation."
At the same time, Eve she dispelled any bad blood between her and her ex-lover Director Trevor.
"Everything happens for a reason. I thank God every day, I am a very grateful for where I am right now. Not to say that where I was, I wasn't grateful. Just that some things happen in life. I wouldn't want to dwell so much on what happened in the past, but I am a happy girl. "
"I don't have any bad blood I wish them all the very best It would be so bad for you to have known somebody for so long and then you start having grudges, They were part of my story I would never ever just sit down and start addressing some issues. So I have no bad blood with anyone," she declared.

Adding:
"Having grudges is too much to handle, I have so much on my plate. My people are looking up to me, so I'm not the kind of person who would keep grudges."
Notably, Eve Mungai failed to reveal her relationship status noting that she is waiting for the right time.
"Currently it's not a hard question, but I would say I'm in the best place maybe when the right time comes and I feel like I can share that part of me with the online family, I'm gonna share it," she told CEO Wycliffe TV.
Pastor Kanyari Embraces TikTok to Find True Love

Controversial cleric Victor Kanyari has taken to social media to announce his search for love.
In a live session on TikTok, the self-proclaimed prophet openly expressed his desire to find a life partner through the platform, confidently stating:
“I want to marry, and I will marry here in TikTok.”
“I will get a good girl here and don’t tell me that people need to know each other. If it does not work, I will come here kwa TikTok and say it didn’t work and we separate,” he affirmed.
The preacher separated from his wife -Kikuyu gospel singer Betty Bayo in 2014.
Further, he stated that despite previous involvement in soliciting donations from his, he declared, “I stopped begging my congregation… I was tired. Let me sit there and let people give offerings. Let me take the money.”
