Comedian and creative director Eddie Butita is not here for the negativity swirling around his YouTube series and local drama ‘A Nurse Toto’ that airs on Mondays.
The series has been receiving criticism on X platform forcing him to respond.
In his response, the digital creator noted he remains unbowed and declared that the series will persist until its conclusion.
“A Nurse Toto will air on Monday and every other Monday until the season ends, nothing will stop that. If it does not meet your entertainment standards, we respect that, we hope in future we will have something for you. If it does, thank you very much. Let's continue with the journey. We have over 100 shows in Kenya, the country is talking about "A Nurse Toto" (a web series ). Mad respect to the amazing team that puts together this masterpiece. Tukutane Monday 11:00am,” Butita observed.
‘A Nurse Toto’ is a Kenyan comedy series crafted by Butita, and it offers a mix of humour, drama, and satire, showcasing the daily lives of nurses, doctors, and patients at Facility One hospital.
The series boasts recurring characters, such as the bumbling doctor, apathetic nurses, deceitful men, a rude receptionist, and a janitor peddling traditional remedies.

Moi’s Daughter dies
Youngest daughter of the late Kenyan president Daniel arap Moi, June Chebet Moi is dead.
Chebet attended Nairobi Primary before joining Kenya High School and then moved on to a university in Canada.
Until her demise, she was successful business woman. She died at the age of 60.
She is survived by her siblings, including former Baringo Senator Gideon Moi.
The news about her passing were released by the family on Thursday, April 11, 2024. The family also requested privacy during this mourning period.
